Service Coordinator

Berg’s Heating and Air Conditioning is seeking a detail-oriented Service Coordinator to join our team! If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel at multitasking, and have a proven track record in administrative roles, we want to hear from you!

The Role.

As our Service Coordinator you will play a pivotal role in our operations. Working closely with our Commercial Service Manager your primary responsibilities will include:

• Provide top-notch customer service via email, phone, and text.

• Efficiently schedule technicians and manage invoices and MSAs.

• Maintain an up-to-date and accurate customer database through Salesforce.

• Ensure clear communication with department managers, employees, and customers.

• Handle occasional assigned administrative duties.

Geography.

This position will be in Sierra Vista, with a remote/hybrid option.

The Skill Set.

• 2+ years of administrative experience

• 1+ year of scheduling or dispatching experience

• Advance customer service and communication skills (written and verbal)

• High attention to detail with the ability to complete tasks and follow through

• Strong prioritization and organizational skills

• Success in working efficiently in a fast pace environment

• Geographical knowledge of service area
