JOB DESCRIPTION


| Position Title: | At Your Service Agent |
| Department: | AYS
| Reports to: | Front Office Manager, AYS Supervisor
| Status: | Hourly Non-Exempt

This is a PM position with availability from 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm

Compensation


$15.00 hourly

Summary of Position


Create relationships with guests that lead to Marriott and property loyalty. To serve as the main point of contact for all guest requests and needs. Responsible for answering calls, record guests request and pursue the issue to a resolution. Exhibiting courteous hospitality at all times and fully owns each guest issue. When in communication with the guest, be proactive in every area, including offering additional services. Most importantly, coordinate the response to the guest issue and then follow-up with the guest to ensure satisfaction with the result.

Essential Functions


  • Ability to verbally communicate effectively with guests and co-workers.
  • Prolonged periods of standing and/or walking.
  • Ability to visually check work, work area, and hotel space.
  • Minimum lifting of 30 pounds.

  • Knowledge of English and local language
  • Ability to deal with the public in a professional and courteous manner
  • Ability to communicate with all managers, supervisors and fellow associates
  • Ability to handle conflict situations in a professional manner
  • Be well groomed and conform to the hotels dress code
