Our client's aesthetic practice believes that the foundation of beauty lies in health, which means the best thing you can do for your skin is adopt a healthy lifestyle. However, when people feel good about how they look on the outside, they are often more motivated to take care of what is on the inside. Great health and great skin work in tandem and are both critical components to looking and feeling one's best. It is required that all candidates have at least 3 years of injectable experience. There will be no exceptions. The ideal candidate will enjoy people, have sales experience, and is recognized as an expert in injectables.


JOB DESCRIPTION

Our client is searching for an experienced Aesthetic Injector. We are looking for a candidate that can work in a fast-paced environment, is a self-starter, team player, and can adapt to change quickly. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to be a part of a growing practice. The practice is a fast-growing, patient-centered medical spa and is seeking an experienced aesthetic injector with a deep passion and knowledge for the aesthetics industry to join our hardworking team. Our ideal candidate should also have some degree of understanding about the various aesthetic treatment modalities (lasers, microneedling, chemical peels, and skincare) such that they are comfortable recommending to patients as necessitated. The job duties for the injector include but are not limited to the following:

JOB DUTIES
  • Comply with required protocols, requests, and compliance policies
  • Conduct client consults and treatment plans
  • Deliver excellent cosmetic injectable treatments following guidelines and under the supervision of the Medical Director
  • Document patient communication in software
  • Review and analyze the patient history
  • Be knowledgeable in all services and products offered
  • Cross-sell procedures and products that complement the procedure and enhance the results
  • Participate in office events and social media
  • Answer all patient questions in a knowledgeable and friendly manner
  • Take pre and post patient pictures
  • Maintain HIPAA requirements
  • Provide and pre and post treatment instructions to patients
  • Educate patients on their options
  • Clean and sanitize patient rooms according to spa standards
  • Stay up to date on skincare lines that are sold at the medical spa as well as the multitude of services that are offered

SKILL AND WORK ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS
  • Licensed to practice in SC
  • Minimum of 3 years experience with injectables REQUIRED
  • Highly polished and professional appearance
  • Strong knowledge of neurotoxins and dermal fillers
  • Excellent consultation and customer service skills
  • Exude a high level of professionalism when working with patients and staff
  • Knowledge and understanding of health records and thorough documentation skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Empathetic to patients needs
  • Quality and precision focused

  • Friendly, easy-going, and laid back

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
  • $40-60/hour BASE - Based on experience + commission (total compensation will range from $150k-$300k)
