LEN the Plumber Heating and Air are looking to recruit a dynamic Outbound Customer Service Representative (OCSR) to join our Team. The ideal candidate must have a passion for customer service, organization and has a great eye for detail even while multitasking. In this role, the Outbound CSR will be placing calls in an effort to drive value to our established customer base and must be able to recognize priority situations. This role will perform corrections identified during the call and will forward modifications to the appropriate party for further processing or approval when necessary. The ideal candidate will create positive interactions while providing exceptional customer service.

This position will work out of our Baltimore Call Center - It is a Full Time Hourly position.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Initiate outbound phone calls to our established customer base to schedule routine maintenance visits and will accurately collect and document any missing customer information
  • Ability to multi-task across different platforms and provide tailored communication
  • Manage large amounts of outbound phone calls and be able to execute successfully with a deadline in a fast-paced environment
  • Function as an effective team member while supporting the efforts of the department and the company’s goals
  • Demonstrates enthusiasm for sales, able to suggest additional products or services to increase customer satisfaction and revenue
  • Collect and accurately report on customer feedback
  • Maintains and promotes a positive working atmosphere in accordance with our Core Values by always behaving and communicating in a professional manner
  • Adhere to confidentiality standards according to departmental efforts
  • At the request of the Call Center Director, may be required to perform administrative duties to assist with the overall efficiency of the operation

Qualifications:

  • Strong Organization skills
  • Ability to set priorities and manage time effectively
  • Proficient with computers; Microsoft Office software, and Excel expertise is a must
  • Must possess excellent communication skills and be able to effectively listen and understand

Experience/ Education:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required, associates and college degrees preferred
  • 5+ years of Telecommunication Sales Experience or Customer Service
  • Strong closing skills/ Track record of achieving targeted goals and quotas
  • Experienced in working with individuals at various levels within the organization
