Join our team at Alcohol and Drug Freedom Center as a full-time SUD Case Manager in Mount Vernon, OH. This is an exciting opportunity to utilize your experience as a Case Manager with a CDCA certification. Working onsite, you will have the chance to make a real difference in the lives of individuals and families struggling with substance use disorders. Your day as a SUD Case Manager

As a full-time SUD Case Manager at Alcohol and Drug Freedom Center, you will play a crucial role in providing support to individuals and families in need of substance use disorder treatment. This office and community-based position offers a dynamic opportunity to engage with clients and assist them in accessing vital ancillary services such as housing, medical care, and employment. You will have the chance to collaborate with other community organizations, ensuring seamless continuity of care and holistic support for each individual's unique treatment journey. With the responsibility of transporting clients within the county, your dedication and compassionate approach will contribute significantly to the success of our clients' treatment plans.

Successful candidates for this position should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with a CDCA credential strongly preferred. The role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in human services, social work, or addiction services, showcasing a deep understanding of alcohol and drug treatment and recovery processes. Proficiency in engaging individuals in treatment and recovery is essential, along with the ability to effectively coordinate and provide referrals for ancillary services. Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and a customer-centric approach are key to building trusting relationships with clients and collaborating with community partners.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
