Automotive Service Advisor

Job Summary:
Crossroads Hyundai is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our team in Loveland, Colorado. This position is a full-time, salaried sales job in the auto industry with the opportunity to earn between $60,000 to $100,000 per year. The Automotive Service Advisor will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients and maximizing sales opportunities by providing accurate and timely information about our automotive services. This is an individual contributor role, where the advisor will work closely with our service and sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction and increase revenue for the dealership.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them in scheduling automotive services
- Listen to customers' concerns and gather relevant information about their vehicle
- Recommend appropriate services and repairs based on the vehicle's needs
- Provide accurate and timely cost estimates for services
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by effectively resolving any issues or concerns
- Promote and sell additional services to customers to increase sales and revenue
- Communicate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Maintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions, service requests, and sales
- Follow up with customers after services to ensure satisfaction and to address any additional needs
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential sales opportunities and promote dealership specials
- Keep up-to-date with knowledge of current automotive technology, products, and services

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or in a customer service/sales role in the automotive industry
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities
- Knowledge of automotive parts and services
- Familiarity with dealership management systems and tools (e.g. Reynolds & Reynolds)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Must be able to work occasional weekends and evenings
