The park features the best in virtual reality, multi-level escape rooms, climbing walls, a trampoline park including dodge ball, over 100 arcade games, ax throwing lanes, and much more!


The Food and Beverage Manager is responsible for day-to-day operational management of the night shift at Spy Ninjas HQ including reconciliation of all cash drawers This includes daily supervision of staff in all departments on the night shift In addition, the food and beverage manager is responsible for direct management of front of house operations in the cafe and bar including schedules, time sheets, recruiting, and all related front of house management.


Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Supervises daily operations of all staff assigned to the night shift.
  • Reconciles cash drawers in all departments for closing shift
  • Directly manages all food and beverage front-of-house staff, including hiring/terminations, training, oversight of labor costs, and creation of schedules.
  • Manages departmental budgets and goals for the front-of-house food and beverage department.
  • Manage risk management (Spy Ninjas HQ Safety Rules communication) by working directly with all members of the management team.
  • Manage and oversee all assigned area inspections to ensure the cleanliness and safety of the park.
  • Identifies potential problems or points of friction and helps to find solutions to maximize efficiency in the park.
  • Handles guest concerns and inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction in all departments.
  • Maintain a favorable working relationship with all team members to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious work environment that will be conducive to maximizing morale, productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness.
  • Attend regularly scheduled meetings and training sessions.
  • Collaborate with management from departments to review processes and work on solutions to improve efficiency, time management, and productivity to identify gaps and inconsistencies.



Requirements:Qualifications for Success:
  • Experience preferred in hospitality, amusement, retail, or customer service.
  • Must have food and beverage experience.
  • Proven ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects.
  • Proactive thinker and self-starter able to provide realistic solutions to challenging situations.
  • Strong guest service experience with conflict resolution.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize workload and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrate sound judgment and independent thinking, as well as an ability to troubleshoot.
  • Detail oriented and organized with the ability to work seamlessly within a broader team to achieve desired results.
  • Ability to coach, teach, and train team members.
  • Availability to work closing night shift.
  • Complete and pass a background check.
