Length: 13 Weeks
Requirements:
- WA is part of the PT compact privilege states
- 2 years' experience preferred in outpatient setting
- BLS
- Graduate of an approved PT program with a BS PT, MPT, MS PT or DPT may be required
- New graduates accepted
- 1 year inpatient or SNF preferred
