Inside Sales Representative - Industrial Products

Responsibilities of Inside Sales Representative - Industrial Products include, but are not limited to:

• Responding to customer inquiries regarding company products and services
• Processing customer phone orders
• Facilitating shop repairs through job creation and parts/supplies ordering and tracking
• Assisting the outside sales team by preparing price quotes and sourcing products
• Checking availability of stock and tracking order ship dates
• Quoting prices, filling orders to customer specifications and processing sales data via computer

Qualifications of the Inside Sales Representative - Industrial Products, but are not limited to:

• Organization and multi-tasking is required
• Strong customer focus, both internal and external customers
• Business software data entry skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• 2 or more years of industrial experience
• Pumps, compressor, or rotating equipment experience desirable
• Should be enthusiastic and able to work independently
• Prior inside sales/customer service experience
• Ability to work in a flexible team environment
• Regular in-person attendance required

Physical Demand:  Lifting packages (ie UPS/FedEx)

Working Conditions: Office setting, light warehouse and shop, occasional customer deliveries and visits

Shift Time/Overtime: Normal in-person business hours Monday-Friday, (8)am-(5)pm
Travel: Overnight only as required for training
Education: High School Diploma
