We are currently seeking an Industrial Electrician! You will strive to provide safe electrical systems for a .
Responsibilities:
- Keeps immediate supervisor up to date on all on-going projects, with regards to project status, completion time, and any problems that may have arisen.
- Conducts tests on overhead cranes and keeps accurate records to reflect service record
- Observes machine operation to detect workpiece defects or machine malfunction
- Performs inspections and installations of parts and components on equipment, maintains accurate records of the installation of these parts and the collection of test data
- Operates required machinery and equipment in a safe manner following established safety rules, maintains a neat and clean work area, follows established tool and instrument control procedures, and reports any unsafe acts or conditions to Team Leader
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in electrical engineering, industrial equipment or other related fields
- Familiarity with electrical schematics, blueprints, and manuals
- Familiarity with electrical equipment and hand tools
- Awareness of national, state, and local electrical codes and regulations
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
