Job Description
Robert Half Management Resources is currently looking for experienced International Accountants to support a long-term contract engagement with a large public company in Columbus. There are several open roles on the contract team, but basic qualifications the client is looking for are: strong corporate International accounting experience, GAAP to foreign statutory accounting reconciliations, external and internal audit coordination and support, and strong GL accounting background (journal entries, reconciliations, etc). Initial role is a 3 month contract, with potential for further 6 month extensions. Role is 100% remote, but must work EST hours. There are team leadership and individual contributor roles both open.
-5+ years of corporate accounting experience at the Sr. Accountant level or above
-International/Global accounting experience - familiar with accounting standards/processes internationally
-Experience performing GAAP to foreign Statutory reconciliations
-Prior public company audit experience, or experience working with Big 4 auditors
-Strong communications and teaming skills
-Strong MS Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups)
-Large ERP system experience (SAP, Oracle, etc)
