Job Description:
As a Special Education Teacher serving within the Lewis Center, OH, school district, you will play a vital role in supporting the academic, social, and emotional growth of students with special needs. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing individualized education programs (IEPs), delivering instruction tailored to students' unique learning needs, assessing student progress, and collaborating with colleagues, parents, and support staff to ensure student success.

Educational and Licensing Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field from an accredited institution
• Valid Ohio state teaching license or eligibility for licensure in Special Education
• Additional certifications or endorsements as required by the Ohio Department of Education
• Minimum of one year of recent experience in the field of special education
