Soliant Schools is seeking passionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team in the New Albany, OH area. This contracted role involves working within a school district, assisting with the behavioral needs of students. Soliant will be actively involved in the initial screening process, ensuring a seamless match between skilled professionals and the district's requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and other professionals to create and maintain a positive and supportive learning environment.
• Work with students individually or in small groups to address behavior goals and objectives.
• Collect and record data on student progress to inform treatment plans.
• Participate in team meetings and provide feedback on student progress.

Requirements:

• Must be a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with a valid certification.
• Experience working in educational settings preferred.
• Strong munication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to adapt to the specific needs of the school district and students.

Contract Details:

• Duration: Full-Time
• Location: New Albany, OH area (Exact location disclosed prior to interview)
• Caseload:
  • 3-4 needs for elementary school caseload
  • 1 need for high school caseload

pensation:

• Type: W-2 Position
• Rate: Hourly rate negotiated based on experience ($23-30)
