Job Title: Pharmacy Manager
Location: St Albans, VT

Schedule: Variable - Evenings required at times (Pharmacy typically works 4x10 or 4x12 schedules, i.e., 8am-8pm)
Duration: Permanent
Responsibilities:
- Register with the state board of pharmacy as supervising pharmacist or pharmacist in charge.
- Maintain the pharmacy in pliance with federal, state, board of pharmacy regulations, and pany policies.
- Oversee the entire pharmacy operation, including budget management, payroll, third-party administration, scheduling, and inventory.
- Participate in business development activities both within the store and the munity.
- Manage pharmacy support personnel, providing guidance, training, and performance reviews.
- Ensure pharmacy associates plete all required training and ply with regulations and policies.
- Participate in patient-centered services such as immunization, MTM, and wellness programs.
- Counsel patients and medical providers regarding drug usage, dosage, interactions, and side effects.
- Monitor patient health and progress to optimize therapies and ensure pliance.
- Maintain and participate in continuous quality improvement programs to ensure patient safety.
- Provide exemplary service within the pharmacists scope of practice.
- Maintain a neat, clean, and organized workstation according to pany standards.
Requirements:
- VT Pharmacy License
- Immunization Certification (Required)
- fortable giving all vaccines (Required)
- Recent Pharmacy Manager experience (preferred)
