Job Description
- Responsible for leading a group of 15-20 non-union CNC machinists and assemblers in a high precision CNC machining environment
- Responsible for driving metrics, KPI’s, lean, safety and quality
- Will lead the floor by mentoring, coaching and training employees
- Will drive efficiencies through out the facility and ensure on time delivery is being met
Key Requirements
- 3+ years in a supervisory capacity
- CNC machining background is preferred but will consider metal product – forging, stamping, weld/fab, roll forming background
- Bachelor of Science degree is preferred but not required
