As an Aesthetician at Skin Fit Medical Spa, you will have the opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art facility and collaborate with a team of experienced professionals dedicated to providing exceptional client care.
 
Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of skincare treatments, including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and laser treatments, while ensuring the highest quality of service.
- Conduct thorough skin consultations to assess individual client needs and recommend appropriate skincare regimens and treatments.
- Provide personalized skincare advice and education to clients, including post-treatment care and product recommendations.
- Maintain accurate and detailed client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and follow-up recommendations.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest skincare techniques, products, and industry trends to continuously enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with other team members, including dermatologists, nurses, and estheticians, to develop comprehensive treatment plans and achieve optimal client outcomes.
- Ensure a clean and organized treatment room, following all sterilization and infection control protocols.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional customer service, effective communication, and personalized care.
- Assist in promoting skincare services and retail products to clients, contributing to the overall success of Skin Fit Medical Spa.
 
Requirements:
- Valid state license as an Aesthetician.
- Proven experience as an Aesthetician, with a strong portfolio of successful skincare treatments.
- In-depth knowledge of skincare products, ingredients, and treatment techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and work effectively as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to assess individual client needs accurately.
- Understanding of proper sterilization and infection control practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, events, as needed.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying informed about the latest advancements in skincare.
