Your day as a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)

As a new BCBA at Rise Up for Autism, you can expect to work closely with individuals on the autism spectrum, conducting assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, and analyzing data to track progress. You will collaborate with a team of professionals to ensure coordinated care and support for our clients. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include providing direct behavior analytic services, conducting caregiver training, and participating in team meetings to discuss progress and adjustments to treatment plans. The typical schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, allowing for a healthy work-life balance with weekends off.
