As a new BCBA at Rise Up for Autism, you can expect to work closely with individuals on the autism spectrum, conducting assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, and analyzing data to track progress. You will collaborate with a team of professionals to ensure coordinated care and support for our clients. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include providing direct behavior analytic services, conducting caregiver training, and participating in team meetings to discuss progress and adjustments to treatment plans. The typical schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, allowing for a healthy work-life balance with weekends off.

To excel as a BCBA at Rise Up for Autism, you should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with individuals on the autism spectrum and their families. Attention to detail is crucial for accurately assessing behaviors and implementing tailored intervention plans. Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation is essential for tracking progress and making data-driven decisions. Familiarity with behavior analytic software such as Theralytics or CentralReach is preferred for creating and managing behavior plans efficiently.

A solid understanding of behavior analytic principles and techniques, along with the ability to adapt interventions based on individual needs, will be key to success in this role.
