Shipping Coordinator
Allegiance Staffing Greensboro is seeking for a Shipping Coordinator in the Lexington Area
Positions details- Shipping Coordinator:
- Shift Monday- Friday 8am to 5pm
- Pay Rate- $17.00 per hour
- Temp to Hire Opportunity
- Lexington, NC
Requirements for Shipping Coordinator position:
- Attention to detail
- Customer Service Oriented
- Ability to work in a close team environment
- Forklift Experience preferred
- Examine shipment contents and compare with records, such as manifests, invoices, or orders, to verify accuracy.
- Requisition and store shipping materials and supplies to maintain inventory of stock.
- Prepare documents, such as work orders, bills of lading, or shipping orders, to route materials.
- Pack, seal, label, or affix postage to prepare materials for shipping, using hand tools, or postage meter.
- Record shipment data, such as weight, charges, space availability, damages, or discrepancies, for reporting, accounting, or recordkeeping purposes.
- Experience with DHL, FedEx, UPS, next day freight, small package, Southeastern, international shipping ea. India, Pakistan, El Salvador
- Must have update Resume and complete Interview and screening process
Experience Required:
- Warehouse experience: 3 year (Required)
- Forklift: 3 years (Required)
- Load & unload: 2 years (Required)
- Shipping & receiving: 3 years (Required)
