Job Description

ISN Corporation, a Federal Government contractor located in Bethesda, MD, is looking for an experienced, Senior Manager.  This role will be responsible for supervising a large staff of persons as it relates to single family property preservation and inspections, real estate owned marketing and disposition, defaulted loans, custodial properties, foreclosure legal services, and appraisals.

Senior Management should also have experience with Federal Government real estate owned and contracting.  Oversee departments processing task orders for multiple service lines, quality control measures, and compliance with Federal Government Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and agency mandated handbooks and manuals.  Knowledge and experience of preserving real property assets, developing, marketing, and disposing of non-performing loan pool sales, foreclosure process and associated legal services, lowering operational costs, meeting deadlines, and ensuring the quality property related services and cross-trained personnel. Experience with resolving Federal Government Congressional inquiries a plus, but not required.  Extensive experience managing the foreclosure process and associated legal services preferred.

Strong communication with Federal Government personnel and ISN Corporation.  Candidate must possess thorough knowledge and experience of effective leadership and problem-solving skills, while promoting enthusiasm, team-building, integrity, and confidence.  

Qualifications

Possess experience interacting with government, specifically contracting personnel

- Superb communication (written and verbal) skills

- Must be a U.S. Citizen capable of obtaining Public Trust Clearance

- Bachelor degree from an accredited university/college in a related field/discipline OR

15 years-experience with taking a defaulted loan through foreclosure to disposition on large scale efforts
