Netsuite Administrator

Full Time | Day Shift | Flexible Schedule

Lutheran Social Services of Central Ohio is currently seeking a Netsuite Administrator.

What will I do as a Netsuite Administrator with Lutheran Social Services?

  • Optimize business processes within NetSuite by collaborating with departments, leading meetings, and effectively aligning technical implementations with organizational objectives through cross-functional communication and stakeholder engagement.
  • Deliver end-user training on system functionalities and offer continuous support, including troubleshooting for any system-related issues.
  • Create and maintain customized reports, KPI dashboards, queries, saved searches.
  • Assist with day-to-day requests, including the creation and maintenance of users, roles, workflows, permissions, accounts, subsidiaries, and locations.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and contribute to the system roadmap's development.
  • Collaborate with various departments to understand business processes and optimize workflows within NetSuite.
  • Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, business processes, and user training material.
  • Create, maintain, and support custom Suite Scripts, workflow, bank integration, SFTP, and other necessary customizations.
  • Collaborate with third parties to implement new enhancements and troubleshoot/resolve technical issues.
  • Manage and test system upgrades to ensure minimal disruption and optimal performance.
  • Ensure data integrity and security by implementing and enforcing system controls and best practices.

Requirements for a Netsuite Administrator with Lutheran Social Services:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience, required.
  • At least two (2) years of experience with NetSuite, relational databases, SQL queries, data integration, and analysis. Five (5) years, preferred.
  • Strong understanding of billing, payments, A/R, general ledger, revenue recognition, planning, audit, reporting, grants, fixed assets and spend management.
  • NetSuite NFP and grant experience, preferred.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in custom record types, fields, forms, roles and permissions, page layouts, searches and reports, and NetSuite data model.
  • Experience with the data import and migration process.
  • Ability to balance technical skills with business savvy, transforming end-user needs into technical and functional requirements.
  • Project management, system implementation, and system integration experience.
  • Knowledge of Suite Script, Suite Analytics, and similar tools.
  • Proficient in advanced Excel skills.
  • Understanding of Windows automation, including leveraging scripting languages such as batch, vbscript and PowerShell
  • Experience with Windows Patching, A/V Technologies, Mobile Device Management and Windows Imaging.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to travel periodically with valid driver's license with proof of insurance and use of dependable automobile.
