Join Our Team as a Compassionate LPN

Are you a dedicated LPN looking to make a difference in the lives of others? The Wellness Collective in Sioux Falls is seeking a compassionate and skilled LPN to join our team. As an LPN at our facility, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality care to our patients and support our mission of promoting wellness and holistic health. This position is part-time with the potential to grow. You will work opposite of our medical providers, and support them when they are in the clinic.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care as an integral part of our healthcare team, supporting providers from multiple disciplines
• Assist with patient assessments and collaborate with other healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Answer patient inquiries and provide appropriate information
• Perform clerical work related to scheduling and documenting patient healthcare
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients

Qualifications:

• Current LPN license in the state of South Dakota
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Experience in a healthcare setting preferred
