Job Description

The Fine Grind Operator 2 will be responsible for coordinating all operational and maintenance duties as needed to ensure customer orders, while keeping a safe clean, and positive environment.

Job Qualification

  • Self-Motivated team player with demonstrated interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to work in a fast past, multi-tasking, multi-functional team environment. 
  • Industrial and mining experience.
  • Supervisor experience able to manage a team of 1 to 2 workers. 
  • Ability to plan and perform operational and maintenance task.
  • Flexible work schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Basic knowledge of excel and word. 
  • Ability to send and receive emails. 
  • Heavy equipment experience.

Duties and Responsibilities 

  1. Reporting directly to Management Team.
  2. Communicating, managing, and completing task with Fine Grind Team.
  3. Colleting samples and maintaining Product Quality through communication with the lab.
  4. Coordinating and  loading customer trucks.
  5. Daily entering operation data into Excel database.
  6. Daily reporting of all activity including safety, Environmental, Quality, production, maintenance and shipping.
  7. Reporting and correcting all safety issues.
  8. Completing and maintaining all required paperwork (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly)
  • This includes but not limited to, workplace exam, mobile pre-ops, work orders, and environmental forms.
  • Other duties as assigned by the management team.
