Staff On Site currently seeking fast food assistant managers for temp to hire positions in Janesville. As a manager, you are responsible for assisting in the management of a restaurant. You will be required to communicate with employees, customers, and suppliers. Managers are responsible for managing several different tasks at a time. Resolving customer complaints, ensuring food quality, and maintaining a clean restaurant are part of the job. Being able to identify and solve problems is required. Prior management and food service experience is required.
Must be available between 6:00A-9:30P and able to cover call-ins at the last minute. The establishment is open 7 days a week 365 days a year including holidays.
Duties Include
- Ensuring that customers are satisfied with their experience by providing excellent customer service
- Monitoring employee performance to ensure that they are meeting company standards for quality and speed of service
- Training new employees in job duties and work culture to help them become familiar with the operation
- Handling customer complaints and resolving issues with them to ensure a positive experience
- Hiring and firing employees based on business needs and employee performance
- Maintaining inventory of supplies such as food, paper goods, and cleaning supplies
- Managing staff scheduling to ensure that shifts are covered at all times
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure that all food items are prepared according to company standards
- Monitoring employee attendance, productivity, and performance to ensure that standards are being met
