Job Title: Cashier

Status: Full Time & Part Time

Hours: Full Time - 10am - 6:30pm OR 8am -4:30pm, Part Time - 9:30AM - 6PM, every other weekend only

Salary Range: Starting at $14/hr PLUS $1 shift differential when working after 3pm and $1 shift differential on weekends!

What do I need as a Cashier with Messiah Lifeways?

• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
• Previous work experience as a Cashier, preferred

What will I do as a Cashier with Messiah Lifeways?

• Provide warm greeting to customers as they arrive
• Take customers orders as needed
• Keep area clean and sanitized
• Restock the cold food case, paper products, and non perishable items.
• Provide excellent customer service
• Relay customer feedback to the manager
• Will take orders from customers on computer, and will operate cash register, credit card machine, and point of sale system
• Will complete daily cleaning tasks in the cafe
• Appropriately label open food items, and dispose of expired food items in a timely manner
