Are you a detail-oriented and organized individual with a passion for supporting operational efficiency? We are currently seeking a dedicated Office Administrator to join our construction project team in Wright City, MO. As the Office Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our administrative processes.
Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the construction project team, including filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
- Communication: Facilitate effective communication between project team members, vendors, and clients. Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized project documentation, including contracts, invoices, and permits. Ensure all paperwork is up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Scheduling: Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and site visits. Coordinate calendars for project managers and team members.
- Record Keeping: Maintain and update project records, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Software Proficiency: Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word. Create and manage spreadsheets, reports, and other documents.
- Project Support: Collaborate with project managers and team members to support various project-related tasks and deadlines.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Familiarity with construction industry processes is a plus.
