Falcon Pro Services is looking for a Field Service Technician to join our team. The Field Service Technician must be based out of Lafayette, Louisiana, and is responsible for providing on-site inspection, assessment, installation, repairs, and maintenance of the items given under work orders.
The ideal candidate must be prompt and reliable, have superior support skills, and have excellent communication. He/she must have a proven track record of client satisfaction and be motivated to provide superior field service.

Responsibilities:
- Support the regional office – Maintain constant communication with the office and able to complete jobs on the site.
- Equipment and service – Know-how to do different services and must have an action plan.
Requirements:
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers and display excellent communication skills in the service locations.
- Ability to manage your workflow in a timely and consistent manner.
- Maintain good communication with the office.
- Problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
- Computer skills including Microsoft Office for quoting purposes
- Knowledgeable about all safety requirements
Things to know:
- We do two types of work:
- Commercial facility maintenance and repair work.
- Reactive and recurring residential maintenance.
- Our regular trip charge is $40.00 for a trip (round) within a 40-mile (single-way) coverage area. Outside the regular coverage area, we’ll pay $1 additional for the 1-mile (single-way) distance covered.
- We don't have a fixed price sheet. Our work is based on negotiation.
- The payout is after 7 business days of work completion excluding weekends and Holidays.
- We don’t pay in advance (partial/full) and no progressive payment. If the material price is over $500, we can do a phone sale. Below, $500, you need to purchase the material for the job.
