Peoplelink Staffing has partnered with a PREMIER employer in New Braunfels, TX. Our client, a global leader in their industry, develops technologies and services for sustainable and connected mobility for people and their goods. They offer safe, efficient, intelligent, and affordable solutions for vehicles, machines, traffic and transportation. We are currently hiring Produciton / Warehouse for their new, state-of-the-art facility in New Braunfels, TX
The Production / Warehouse Associate operates machines that manufacture electronic printed circuit boards for automotive radar detection. The radar detection products alert drivers to take action when necessary to help save lives every day.
Production / Warehouse Job Summary:
- 1st and 3rd shift
- 1st shift 8am-6:30pm (10 hour shift)
- 9:30pm-8am (10 hour shift)
- Rotating schedule (work 4 days, off 4 days, repeat)
- Pays $16.50 on 1st and $18.00 on 3rd
- Temp to HIRE
- Climate Controlled Environment
- $250 retention bonus at 45 working days
- $250 retention bonus again at 90 working days
Production / Warehouse Duties:
- Operate production equipment and processes
- Follow established safety, production, and quality procedures
- Perform workstation audits and inspections and follow up on abnormalities
- Ensure compliance for all established policies and procedures
- Determine and react if operating conditions become abnormal
- Actively preserve normal conditions of equipment and/or processes
Production / Warehouse Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Read and interpret documents (safety rules, instructions, and procedure manuals
- Accurate use of basic math (add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals)
- 0-2+ years of manufacturing experience
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds unassisted
- Must be able to stand for up to 10+ hours.
- Must be able to push, pull, reach, twist, turn, stoop, walk, stand for up to 10+ hours.
