Living Word is a young and thriving church. It started in 2010, founded out of a deep conviction to the Bible, and now has over 1000 members. We are based in Marshall, MN, which has a great history, a flourishing community life, and is a wonderful place to raise a family! Marshall offers many city amenities, including young adult opportunities, while still having a small-town feel and great people. Our church family supports one another and spreads the Good News of Jesus to this community and many surrounding communities.

Salary Range: $45,000 - $55,000 Annually (for full-time employment)

Schedule: We are an employer that values a healthy work/life balance! Typical working hours for this position would be Sunday mornings and 9 AM to 4 PM on Monday through Thursday. Weekend and evening work is expected as worship needs arise (leading worship team practice, special events, etc.), and any work outside of regular hours is flexed during another part of the week.

Keys to Success in this Position:

• A clear testimony of personal faith in Jesus Christ.
• Experience leading worship through vocals and instruments, such as guitar or piano.
• Knowledge of basic music theory.
• Biblical knowledge and fidelity.
