Med Surg RN Nights

Start Date: MAY START REQUIRED (Orientation Date: 5/6)

Shift: Nights (3x12s)

Ratios: 1:5, chance for 1:6

Years of Experience REQ: 2 years experience required in a hospital setting; 1 year of Epic required.

Weekend REQ: Yes; minimum of 4 wknd shifts in a 4-week period

Certs REQ: BLS & ACLS required; NIH preferred.

Special Requirements: Cardiac (need self-rating of 3 or above); basic dysrhythmia training preferred (self-rating 3 or above)

Top 10 Diagnosis/Procedures: Altered mental status, CHF, stroke, ortho, surgical patients, DKA, infections
