Salary: $50,000 - $60,000/year
Hours: 8am - 5pm
Fully Onsite Role!
What you need to apply:
- Associates Degree Required, Bachelors Degree preferred
- Degrees in Supply Chain or Engineering is preferred
- 1 or more years of experience in supply chain management / logistics experience
- Hazardous / HAZMAT, Freight, or Chemical Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
- SAP Experience required
- Strong Microsoft Excel / SharePoint Ability
- DOT, IATA and IMDG certifications EXTREMELY preferred
- ASCM Certifications preferred
- Scheduling and coordinating all domestic and foreign outbound shipments.
- Scheduling inbound shipments as needed.
- Managing and performing cycle counts.
- Investigating and resolving inconsistencies with inventory.
- Administering and overseeing time clock, payroll information and PTO.
- Analyzing and resolving discrepancies with orders, bills of lading, invoices, and other warehouse documentation.
- Preparing and executing shipping, receiving, warehousing and material movement schedules.
- Entering data and records into various databases, including but not limited to computerized spreadsheets, ERP software, cloud-based software, paper logbooks, etc.
- Ensuring accuracy of warehouse and shipping data and records.
- Serving as liaison between warehousing and other internal departments.
