The 3PL Non-Production Stores Analyst for BlueOval SK Battery Plants in Elizabethtown, Kentucky and Stanton, Tennessee will have a unique, once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to be a key member of the start-up team, launching the facility from ground up. This role will be responsible for leading the development of a third-party labor provider for multiple large scale warehousing locations. The responsibilities are as follows, but not limited to:

• Take part in the 3PL organizational development
• Refine the scope and expectations of the 3PL for each location
• Ensure warehousing inventory management processes are developed to create a successful relationship between BOSK and the 3PL
• Work cross-functionally to create appropriate material requirements to seamlessly support operational needs
• Support development of ordering procedures for maintenance and operations personnel
• Develop and manage performance KPI’s for the 3PL
• Drive regular business reviews for BOSK with the selected 3PL
• Participate in annual budget development and invoice tracking to ensure goals are met
• Develop a culture of continuous improvement with the selected 3PL
• Develop a culture of Safety above all else with the selected 3PL

• High School Diploma 
• Strong ability to interface with plant personnel, salaried personnel, and plant management
• Strong ability to present in front of plant leadership
• Ability to teach Production System principles
• Competent in the use of data for decision making
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
• Excellent communication skills with demonstrated ability to resolve diverse problems
• 3+ Years of maintenance/tooling experience
• Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems

Preferred Qualifications 

• Bachelors degree preferred
• Degrees in Material Planning and Logistics, Supply Chain mgmt., Material
• Handling/Packaging Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Operations, Logistics,
• desirable
• Demonstrate Leadership behaviors 
• Lean manufacturing knowledge and experience for material replenishment desired
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills 
• Previous non-production material management plant experience
