About this job
DUTIES:
- Scheduling shipments and planning logistics.
- Preparing paperwork for shipments.
- Building Orders as needed to ensure customer needs are met.
- Checking orders for accuracy.
- Tracking and updating the status of shipments.
- Operating warehouse equipment.
- Reviewing invoices as needed.
- Organizing and cataloging inventory.
- Request quotes for transportation costs when required.
- Works overtime when required by management. Maintain cleanliness and appearance of work area.
- Willingly accepts assignments in other areas/departments as needed.
- Maintain proper liaison with all departments to contribute to the team philosophy.
- Responsible for following all safety regulations and complying with SOP's, DEP, EPA, OSHA, FDA, and cGMP's while performing duties. Attend in-house training sessions.
EDUCATION: High School Diploma or equivalent. Passing of company-required tests.
