What it's like to be a Regional Sales Manager

• You will be at the forefront of driving sales success by managing, motivating, developing, and directing your team towards exceeding project goals.
• Accurately tracking customer visits, events, and KPI results to ensure the highest level of performance.
• Building strong relationships within the territory through networking and regular travel, you will unleash your problem-solving skills to overcome any obstacles.
• Provide daily guidance, training, and ensuring team retention will be key to your success.
• Must be able to travel 50% of the time to various locations within your markets.
• Determine staffing needs, ensuring proper head-count across regions, and attend weekly meetings.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Business degree preferred
• Must be Bilingual in both English and Spanish.
• 3-5 years retail and sales management experience required
• Superior leadership abilities with effective professional communication and presentation skills
• Proven ability to show good judgment, make decisions, and problem solve
• Capable to work autonomously with excellent time management skills
• Must be able to travel 50% of the year to various markets across the US and work flexible hours
• Ability to manage by P&L standards across the entire business unit
• Reliable transportation and proof of insurance
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM
