Job Summary:

We are interested in professional psychologistswho advocate for our students and promote policies thatwill enhance students overall well-being and academic success. Ideal candidates will work in an educational setting providing expertise, guidance and strategies that align with schools academic goals while promoting mental, social and behavioral health.

Job Duties typically include but are not limited to:

  • Conducting regular assessments to evaluate students on cognitive abilities, academic skill and social-emotional functioning.
  • Assist in creating intervention plans, standards for addressing social-behavioral concerns
  • Provide counseling and supportto groups or one-on-one addressing emotional safety needs
  • Consult with teachers, administrators, parents on student learning behavior management and creating a positive school climate
  • Work closely with special education teachers on cognitive abilities, academic skills and social-emotional functioning to determineappropriate support systems
  • Monitor progress and conduct ongoing evaluations towardsobjectives

Job Description

  • Full-time need. Open to Part time
  • In-person / on-site
  • Master's or doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • State licensure or certification as a School Psychologist.
  • Knowledge of psychological assessment tools, intervention strategies, and special education regulations.
  • Strong understanding of child development, learning disabilities, and mental health issues affecting students.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with students, parents, teachers, and administrators.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Experience working in a school setting is preferred but not required
  • Commitment to cultural competence and providing equitable services to a diverse


Requirements and Interview Process

  • Master's in School Psychology isrequired
  • Must have School Psychologist Licensure in STATE
  • Must be able to pass a drug and background check
  • 10-15 minute screening call to verify qualification
  • 20-30 minute virtual/in-person interview with school district
  • Offer is typically within 24 hours of virtual interview


As a ProCare employee, you will be paid on a weekly basis through direct deposit. Your hourly rate will be dependent upon your experience and education.
