Certified Behavior Analyst | BCBA | Huntington, IN area

Soliant is urgently assisting a school district in the Huntington, Indiana area in their search for a BCBA.

• Conducting functional behavior assessments and developing behavior intervention plans for students with autism and other developmental disabilities
• Providing training and coaching to teachers, paraprofessionals, and parents on the implementation of evidence-based practices and strategies
• Evaluating and reporting on student progress and outcomes using data-driven decision making
• Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings and collaborating with other service providers

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and skills:

• A masters degree or higher in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or a related field
• A current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or eligible for reciprocity
• A valid Illinois license as a behavior analyst or eligible for endorsement
• At least two years of experience working as a BCBA in a school setting or with school-aged children
• Proficiency in using various assessment tools and data collection systems
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
