K-12 Remote Speech Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC)

Vocovision Teletherapy is currently assisting a K-12 school district in Minnesota fill their fully remote Speech Language Pathologist Position. Please see further details and how to apply to this fully remote position below:
Responsibilities:
- Assessment Excellence: Asses students communication difficulties that adversely affect their educational performance.
- Safe Space: Develop a personalized, safe, healthy, and supportive learning environments for students on caseload.
- Academic Achievement: Promote student motivation and engagement by providing speech and language services alone or in small groups.
- Progress Monitoring: Continuously monitor students' progress and adjust services as necessary.
- Collaborative Engagement: Collaborate closely with school teams, parents, and other professionals to support students' overall development.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of assessment and evaluation results.
- Professional Development: Stay informed about the latest research and best practices in Speech Language Pathology.
Requirements:
- Educational Qualifications: Active Minnesota Speech Language Pathologist Licensure.
- Experience Matters: A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist, with expertise in IEPs, tracking student progress, and assessing students skills and learning requirements.
- Passion for Helping Others: Demonstrate a genuine passion for helping students overcome behavioral , academic, and communication challenges.
- Tech Savvy: Be comfortable working remotely and have access to reliable internet and necessary computer equipment.
- Communication Skills: Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills.
