Software Engineer

Summary: Seeking a dedicated Software Engineer with expertise in C++ and Linux for development, simulation, and technical support in explosive detection services.

Job Requirements:

• Must hold a Bachelor's degree along with 4 years of software development experience in C++

• Experience in multi-threaded Linux applications using C++

• Proficient in server/client-based application utilizing TCP/IP and UDP networking protocols

• Familiarity with database design and development using SQL

• Experience with version control systems (Subversion, Git, or equivalent)

• Must be able to write documented, readable, maintainable, efficient code & work with remote team

• Expertise in GUI development using Qt; Knowledge of OOM/OOD

• Must be a US Citizen due to ITAR Work Regulations

Preferred Skills:

• Proficiency in Python is a plus

• Expertise focused on networked multi-threaded application development

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain software applications used for aviation security products.

• Integrate and test software that meets system performance requirements and end-user needs.

• Manage user data management, GUIs, report generation or other aspects related to the company?s products.

 

 

 

 

Pay Details: $49.00 to $66.00 per hour
