Job Description:

We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated Occupational Therapists (OTs) to join our team. Responsibilities:

• Conduct prehensive assessments to identify clients' functional abilities and limitations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans aimed at improving clients' independence and quality of life.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to address fine motor skills, activities of daily living, and sensory processing.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, families, and caregivers to ensure holistic patient care.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
• State licensure or eligibility for licensure as an OT.
• Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent munication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
