Application Analyst Associate

We looking for a strong Application Analyst Associates in the greater Earth City, MO who has a good analytical and problem-solving background in the medical claim's logic with a focus on provider services. This is a hybrid role and will require one or 2 days per week in the local office in Earth City.

Purpose:

This individual will work with a range of healthcare providers troubleshooting, testing, and resolving reported production support or data issues. This incumbent will answer queries through email, phone, text, tickets created in various programs, etc. The individual will research different sources for information and answers to queries.

A little about your background:

To be successful in this role, you will have

• High school education or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree a plus)
• 2 years’ experience in customer service or help desk (experience in the payer industry steps to the head of the line)
• Good understanding of clearinghouse operations and healthcare revenue cycle management
• Knowledge and understanding of HIPAA X12 and EDI transactions
• Strong MSOffice Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) skills
• Proven analytical and research skills
• Proven attention to detail
