This position is located at our Bartram Lakes facility located on our beautiful 115-acre campus in Bartram Park, Fla.
We are looking for compassionate and resident-focused Caregivers to provide direct or indirect resident care under the supervision and direction of a nurse. This important role serves as an invaluable link between a resident and the rest of their team. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
*Assisting with resident activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, meals)
*Treat resident and their families with respect and dignity while ensuring confidentiality.
*Maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for resident
*Collecting lab specimens
*Monitoring patient vitals
*Electronic Medical Record documentation as needed for the job
