The sales recruiting lead will create and distribute positive branding messages and collateral for the company's Field Sales Rep Training Program.
The ideal person for this position has a dynamic personality and is passionate about sales and marketing. This candidate should have previous relevant experience and be interested in learning new sales techniques. Responsibilities: Oversee recruitment of Field Roofing Sales Representatives. Launch and recruit for our Ambassador Program. Supervise team of Sales Recruiters. Requirements:
5+ years recruiting Sales professionals 3+ years managing teams Experience in roofing or related industry highly desired 70k-80k Health insurance Health savings account (HSA) option 401(k) with up to 3.5% company match Dental Insurance (at no cost to employee) Vision Insurance (at no cost to employee) Long-Term & Short-Term Disability (at no cost to employee)
