As a Manager in the SAP Offering, you will contribute to the growth and success of Deloitte Consulting LLP and the SAP Offering in a variety of ways, including:  Client Service: Advise clients on leading practices and technology/industry trends, build lasting relationships, and manage the day-to-day interactions with executive clients and sponsors. Delivery: As part of an engagement team manage and deliver SAP implementation projects - use your deep expertise to identify the organization’s needs, define the business or technology architecture, oversee the solution design and implementation, and manage team activities and progress.  Eminence: Contribute to go-to-market and internal initiatives which drive growth of the practice, drive efficiency and profitability, improve quality, and increase the knowledge of our staff.   People Development: Perform the role of mentor and coach to help junior staff achieve their career objectives. Actively participate in onboarding activities. Provide leadership and support for staff on projects and in local offices.  Business Development: Participate in sales pursuit efforts as a team member or subject matter advisor. Our professionals have hands-on access and exposure to the latest technologies and committed thought pioneers.QualificationsRequired:At least 8 years’ relevant SAP consulting experience in a professional services environment, with a large or boutique consulting firm, or serving as an internal consultant within industryDeep knowledge and implementation experience with SAP procurement modules and processes and integrationsFunctional configuration and design experience with SAP Ariba, and SAP Materials Management (MM)S4 HANA implementation experience Participation in all phases of at least 4 SAP Supply Chain/Procurement implementations with at least 2 in a Lead roleExperience leading blueprint design workshops with cross-functional stakeholdersAbility to travel up to 50% based on work you do and the client and industries/sectors you serve Bachelor's degree or equivalent Desired: Knowledge and experience with SAP APO, SAP PP, and SAP SRMKnowledge of Accounts Payable Process and Vendor Payment processPrior “Big 4” consulting experienceExperience leading pre-sales, proposal, and RFPs Experience managing senior-level client relationships Experience with developing eminence, thought ware and point-of-view materials Understanding of SAP ASAP and Agile methodologies Signavio experience  Greenfield implementation experience  Masters degreeInformation for applicants with a need for accommodation: click linkWages + SalaryThe wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.
