CSCP is responsible for strategic sourcing, customer demand forecasting, capacity planning and management, supply chain planning and execution, capacity provisioning, and decommissioning and dispositioning of datacenter assets worldwide.The Cloud Supply Chain (CSCP) Process Engineering and Value Delivery team is seeking an experienced supply chain process professional to lead key transformational projects. As a Process Engineering and Value Delivery – Transformation Process Lead, you will drive the development, implementation, and adherence to processes that improve workflow and reduce operational bottlenecks. By applying Lean methodology, you will continuously improve processes, eliminate waste, and increase efficiency. You will also be responsible for promoting technical collaboration among team members, engaging with stakeholders to uncover business opportunities through lean methods, and coordinating process planning sessions. You will partner closely with Business Owners, Engineering PM leads, and Change Management leads on a continuous basis to provide data and inputs to ensure the most impactful business scenarios are prioritized accordingly as part of the Azure Cloud Supply Chain’s journey to building a world-class supply chain.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product developmentOR equivalent experience.2+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.2+ years experience managing value stream, cross-functional and/or cross-team transformation projects.Preferred Qualifictions:Demonstrated experience driving process optimization with the Define, Measure, Analyze, Implement, Control (DMAIC) Lean process methodology - Six Sigma Black Belt.Experience developing and implementing process mining and monitoring using common industry methods.History of developing trusted partnerships, collaborating across teams, coordinating multiple timelines, and managing complex, cross discipline projects.Functional knowledge and experience related to the Digital Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) model defined by Association for Supply Chain Management (ASCM). Deep functional knowledge in at least 2 process areas of the model including Plan, Source, Transform, Order, Fulfill and ReturnTechnical Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $112,000 - $218,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $145,800 - $238,600 per year.Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
