We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as a Dental Office Manager. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, a strong background in dental office administration, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care to our dental families. As the Dental Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the dental office, managing administrative staff, and ensuring efficient workflow.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the dental office, including scheduling, billing, and inventory management.

  • Supervise administrative staff and provide training and support as needed.

  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain accurate patient records.

  • Coordinate patient appointments and follow-up care, ensuring a seamless patient experience.

  • Oversee financial activities, including billing, collections, and insurance claims processing.

  • Implement office policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.

  • Collaborate with dentists and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.

  • Handle patient inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely manner.

  • Maintain a clean and organized office environment that adheres to infection control protocols.

  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in dental office management.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in dental office management and/or administration.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Dentrix/Eaglesoft, Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.

  • Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and insurance protocols.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Commitment to providing outstanding patient care.
