Your new role:

As a Maintenance Technician at PPC Flex, you will be responsible for proactively and urgently handling repair, maintenance, and preventive maintenance tasks. You will:

• Check all company tools and equipment at the beginning and end of each shift

• Perform work to high standards of quality, complying with regional and local codes for electrical and plumbing tasks
• Maintain open communication with maintenance team members and PPT associates
• Ensure all responsibilities align with company and quality procedures, participating in quality and AIB programs

What you need to succeed:

• Prior maintenance experience in a manufacturing/industrial setting
• Strong background in electrical work, with mechanical and troubleshooting skills
• Comfortable using a computer
• Attention to safety and detail in the job
• Ability to lift items up to 75 pounds and stand for the duration of a work shift
• Flexibility to work beyond a normal workweek as maintenance coverage demands
• Effective troubleshooting, identification, prioritization, and multitasking skills
