Make Ready Services

Looking for sub contractors to perform make ready services, Must be skilled in all areas of the trades painting, plastering, carpentry flooring plumbing and electrical work. Concrete repairs as needed. Must establish clean working environment daily clean up before the end of each day. Must exhibit safe work practices and ensure employees and tenants safety at all times. Perform timely make ready repair services scope of work determines unit turnover time. Cleaning of unit once complete is needed, cleaning of windows, cleaning and waxing floors, wiping and cleaning of all fixtures is needed after completing make ready repairs.
