The Role:

We are looking for a Manufacturing Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for running machines and completing assembly tasks during a work shift. The Manufacturing Technician will ensure that items are produced in an efficient manner with a focus on quality craftsmanship, working directly with the Manufacturing Supervisor to meet daily and monthly production requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Work with your hands to create high quality pool cues

• Work with other team members to achieve production goals

• Maintain inventory counts

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment

• Identify and suggest improvements to the manufacturing process

• Learn to operate various manufacturing equipment

Required Qualifications:

• Ability to perform detailed hand-crafted work

• Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time

• Attention to detail & ability to identify quality defects

• Willingness to learn new skills and processes

• Willingness to learn to operate wood & metal working equipment

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)

• Interest and/or experience in woodworking

• 2+ years work experience in an industrial/workshop environment

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $17.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift

• 8 hour shift

• Monday to Friday

• No nights

• No weekends

• Overtime

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay
