Care Advocate
Healthcare Insurance Services
$16.00 per hour
Temp to hire
Monday-Friday, 7:00am – 4:00pm or 9:00am – 6:00pm
Worthington, Ohio (onsite)

What you’ll be doing:
· Respond to a wide range of inquiries and unique needs surrounding all levels of employee benefits
· Outline benefits and coverage available to our clients
· Review billing inquiries and claims for accuracy
· Support team members with exceptional intrapersonal skills
· Answer inbound calls and emails from elevated clients
Who we’re looking for:
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Keen attention to detail
· Ability to maintain a positive, empathetic, calm, and professional attitude
· Commitment to outstanding customer service
· Computer literacy and a working knowledge of office equipment, such as printers and fax machines
· Experience in service-related industry and client case (preferred)
