Lead Maintenance Person

We are seeking an Experienced Lead Maintenance Person to become a part of our team!

Responsibilities:

• Repair major and minor issues
• Complete maintenance and repair work orders, in a timely fashion
• Order and replace broken parts or equipment
• Maintain a clean and a safe work space
• Perform other duties, as assigned
• Have an eye for detail and work independently
• Supervise when necessary

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields with references
• Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Ability to work unsupervised
• Minor plumbing, carpentry, and electrical work
• Organizational Skills
• Time Management

Must be available weekends, holidays and on call
