Abilities - Are you a good fit:
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or government regulations.
- Ability to write reports and effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, customers, and other personnel.
- Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry.
- Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
- Ability to obtain Forklift Certification.
- The employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms.

Job Duties and Responsibilities - What will you do daily:
- Troubleshoots and repairs all malfunctioning or inoperable plant equipment and machinery
- Repairs and/or replaces defective parts.
- Lubricates and cleans parts as needed.
- Minor electrical troubleshooting.
- Starts devices to test their performance.
- Performs scheduled preventative maintenance activities on plant machinery and equipment.
- Strictly enforces equipment lockout procedures for all machines and equipment when repairs are being performed. Posts lockout tags to notify employees of lockout status.
- Meets established standards for productivity and quality. Confers with supervisor when problems arise which impact expected level of performance.
- Must contribute to a positive work environment.
- Performs any task required to support customer requirement and company goals.
